This cosy flat is part of a neat holiday resort in the beautiful town Letojanni. The apartment is situated on the beautiful hills of Letojanni and therefore one has a great view on the Ionian Sea. If you travel by car you can find parking spaces on the side of the street.

To get to the holiday resort you have to climb up about 30 stairs from the street. The lovely furnished apartment offers enough space for up to 8 people with a space of 80 sqm. Altogether there are 3 bedrooms. The pretty main bedroom has a doublebed, the small bedroom next to it a bunk bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bedsofa for 2 more people.

If you travel with 7 or 8 people, they can sleep on the other sofa bed that you find in the spacious eat-in kitchen. The open kitchen is visually separated from the rest of the room with a bar counter. Since the eat-in kitchen is quite big, there is a dining table as well as the already mentioned bed sofa in the room.

It’s a cosy living room for relaxing TV evenings and a kitchen all in one. The big panorama terrace with the many green plants is wonderful quiet place. Take a nap and get a nice tan on one of the two sunbeds waiting for you. The patio makes you feel like it’s one more room of the apartment and the two parts of it are separated with long white curtains.

Here you’ll find a small gas stove and a sink – an outdoor kitchen for you to live out your culinary ambitions. Of course tables, chairs and even a couch are on the patio so you can not only relax outside, but also dine. Make also use of the barbecue on the terrace and enjoy juicy steaks or fresh fish, a glass of Italian wine and the wonderful view on the ocean on a mild summer night.

An experiance, you'll never forget! The apartment is located in a Mediterranean and very quite region. Here you have the opportunity to practise a variety of sports and also you can find a couple of stores near by the apartment.

The center of Letojanni with all the pubs and restaurants as well as the beautiful beach is about 600 meters away from your place. There you also find public transportation that takes you to Taormina (6km) as well as other pretty towns in the area.

During the moths July and August, the “Lungomare” (beach promenade) is blocked for traffic and a little amusement park for children opens. In the evenings you can walk down the promenade and enjoy the diverse market stands.
