This beautiful villa, an old building with 110 sqm living space, was recently restored and is located in the center of Taormina, right in the exclusive and quiet district around the Cathedral Square, just a few steps away from the monuments and the main street. The location is enviable. The house offers modern comfort with the most modern technical equipment.

The villa is structured particularly. Downstairs is a kitchen with a large oven, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, table and television. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and it is possible to add here an extra bed - thus offering space for 3 people. On this floor there is also a nicely decorated and neat living room with a desk, easy chair and TV.

An outside staircase leads to the access to the second part of the villa with a double bedroom and a living room with veranda. The latter can be optionally equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people. Overall, the villa offers room for 7 people.

Regarding the extensive facilities of the villa it needs to be mentioned that there is yet an additional kitchenette with fridge and a total of 3 bathrooms with nice showers and all the accessories such as hair dryers. However, if you only rent an apartment, the garden must of course be shared with the guests of the other apartment.

From 01-06 to 30-09 the admission fee and the shuttle to the beach Paradise Beach Club (approx. 5 km distant) in Taormina is included in the rent, a fantastic beach with pool, garden, private beach, bar and restaurant.
