1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Beautiful holiday apartment in the historic center

This pretty holiday apartment is located in the historical center of the beautiful town Taormina. The apartment offers 90 sqm space for 2-4 persons. The apartment is located on the ground floor where you’ll find one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds.

 

You have 2 bathrooms to your disposition, one with shower and one with a bathtub. Moreover there is a living room with an open kitchen adjoining it. Here you have access to the terrace and garden of the house that offer a great view on the immensity of the ocean.

 

The garden feels like an oasis of silence inviting you to relax on one of the sunbeds between citrus-and orangetrees. 

 

The holiday flat is a great starting point for exploring the romantic city since it is located close to Porta Catania.

 

Nearby you find all the sights, like the Odeon, the Teatro Greco, the Giardini Pubblici or the shopping spree Corso Umberto. In the proximity of the holiday apartment there are many Restaurants, bars and pubs. Enjoy a romantic dinner in one of the exclusive restaurants at the Piazzas of Taormina and be captured by the Italian mentality to live and cherish each moment of the day.

 

Close by is also a bus stop where the beach bus passes that takes you to the beach in just a few minutes. To reach the main bus station in Taormina you have to walk about 10 minutes. The flat is perfectly suited for a relaxing holiday in Taormina and as well suited for a long-term rental.

 

The comfortable furnishing is of good quality, fan and stove are guaranteeing your well being all year long.
