How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This sweet apartment for 4 persons is situated in the nice town of Letojanni. The apartment is kept in bright colours and is furnished with many lovley details and is offering you every comfort you need to spend a relaxing holiday.

 

The apartment is on the first floor of a compley and is also adequated for the elderly. From the apartment you have a wonderful view on the sea.

 

The small garden and the terrace are an oasis of peace. Enjoy the great view on the sea all day long, wheather it be whilst having breakfast or in the evenings drinking wine on the terrace. You will certainly remember this wonderful view long after your holidays.

 

The center of Letojanni with many restaurants, bars and shops are in a distance of 800 m. To get to the sea it is 500 m. The station of the bus, with which yo can get to the sea and to the center, is 5 minutes from your location. The dreamfully town Taormina with its historic monuments is reachable in ca 10 minutes by car or by bus.

 

In front of the complex there are parking places and so you can travel by own vehicle. In the months july and august the zone of Lungomare is a pedestrian zone. You can find in this 2 months a little amusementpark for children direktly at the beach, which offers your children to run riot and enjoy themselves by playing.

 

At the evenings you have the possibility to have a walk trough the city and to have a look at the nice market stands. Its possible to bring small pets (small dog) after the permission of the owner.
