1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This beautiful suite is located on the ground floor of a beautiful villa in the district of Recanati in Giardini Naxos. The villa is right next to an organic farm and has a large, well kept garden and a swimming pool, an outdoor area of ​​about 450 square meters. Breakfast with organically grown products is included in the price.

 

The suite has a private access, independent from the rest of the villa and 3-5 people can stay here comfortably. In fact the suite has a spacious master bedroom that also has a pull out sofa for 2 extra persons,and it has a TV and air conditioning. Moreover there is a single room with a comfortable bed with 1 ½ sleeping places.

 

The rooms are very bright and have windows and acess to balconies. From the master bedroom one has a great view on Taormina and Castelmola, and there are also some trees in front of the suite. From the single room one has an unblocked, full view of the majestic Etna. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub and a double baisin.

There is also a private livingroom that belongs to the suite.

 

A large kitchen with dining room is provided for the guests to be used with the other guests of the villa. Here you can prepare your lunch and dinner and dine in the living / dining room. Furthermore, there is the large neat garden, the swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen for outdoor dining, a lounge area with tables, chairs, hammocks, lounge chairs, and a mobile as well as a stationary grill.

However, the location of the villa is also an outstanding feature. Although just 5 minutes drive from the sea and the town center, the house is located in a corner, protected from the noise and the coming and going of tourists.

 

This apartment is ideal for nature lovers and friends of an ecologically sustainable lifestyle! Guests are allowed to participate farm activities next to the villa, to pick fresh fruit right from the trees or pick fresh eggs in the henhouse in the mornings. In addition to chickens, there are also dogs, cats, horses and geese right next to the villa.

Fun for your children in nature and a romantic vacation for you!

 

Arriving by car is recommended. Parking is included. Taormina and Isola Bella are only 10 minutes away by car. The Alcantara Gorges are about 20 minutes away and Giardini Naxos and the beaches are 5 minutes away.
