This typical holiday complex with 2 rustic houses is located in a privileged position, surrounded by nature and a large park. At the same time it is just a few steps from the sea and the center of Giardini Naxos. The 3 units with about 220 sqm living area together offer space for 11-15 people. A perfect solution for a group of friends that want to spend a holiday with tranquility, privacy and all the comfort one desires.

The property consists of an approximately 2,000 sqm garden which extends over a small hill. There is also a small staircase that leads to the park and connects the two houses. The houses are typical old buildings of the region, and therefore they have thick stone walls that ensure a comfortable, cool atmosphere on the inside.

The location of the house is exceptionally great. You are not only 50 meters away from the sea and the center of Giardini Naxos, but at the same time you can enjoy the tranquility that offers the large garden. Let your children play in nature, surrounded by fruit trees in the garden or take a stroll to the center or to the sea. All restaurants, bars , pubs and services are very close as are bus stops and shuttle stops from where you can get to the other beaches and the center of Taormina.

You can park your car on the street. During high season though, street parking is not free.  However, free parking and a public parking can be reached in just 5 minutes walking.

The 2 houses are divided in 3 units: one semi-independent holiday house and 2 apartments in the other house.

• Rural Sea 1

This is the separate holiday house with about 50 sqm which is located in the low part of the garden. Here are 2 double bedrooms, and the double beds can be – if desired –separated to serve as single beds. Moreover there is a large living room with a living area, TV, included WiFi and a fully equipped open kitchen. A pretty, private terrace to relax on the outside can be accessed from the living room.

ATTENTION: This holiday house is located in that part of the garden that is close to the railroad tracks – thus people with a light sleep might feel disturbed by noise.

• Rural Sea 2

This is a 100 sqm apartment on the ground floor of the second house, that is located in the upper part of the garden. Here 6 people can stay comfortably. There are three large double bedrooms, but the beds can also be pulled apart if twin beds are desired. The apartment has a large living/dining room with a living area with TV and WiFi Internet access as well as a couch and a table. The kitchen is separate an fully equipped with a gas stove, oven and a refrigerator/ freezer.Two large terraces can be accessed from the living room and they allow you to relax surrounded by fresh air and nature. One of the terraces, the bigger one (ca. 50 sqm) offers a romantic view on the sea and the other terrace has a view of the hills.

• Rural Sea 3

This is a mansard apartment with 70 sqm also located in the house in the upper part of the garden. It can accommodate comfortably 4-5 people.

There are two large double bedrooms, but the beds can also be pulled apart if twin beds are desired. Furthermore, there is an extra single bed for one additional person. The apartment has a large living room with a living area with TV and WiFi Internet access as well as an open, fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a lovely little terrace which is used exclusively by guests of this apartment and has a fantastic sea view. Here you can relax in the fresh air surrounded by nature.

Common characteristics

All holiday apartments have a bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included and for longer stays a weekly change is included in the rent.
