How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Holiday house beachzone Letojanni

The small holiday house is located in the center of Letojanni, just a few meters away from the beach. It has two floors, and is furnished quite cozy so that one feels comfortably while staying here. With its 80 sqm up to 6 people find enough space in this holiday house.

 

There are two cosy bedrooms, one with a doublebed, the other one with two single beds. In the livingroom you'll find a sofa bed which can be used as a sleeping place for 2 more persons. There is also a dining table in the living room. Moreover the house has two bathrooms with shower as well as a separate kitchen.

 

The conditioned house has both, a terrace and a balcony, so that you can start your day with breakfast on the outside. The house is located in the proximity of the beachpromenade, therefore many stores, bars and restaurants are near by. To reach the beach you only have to walk a few meters, so it is the perfect lodging for a beach holiday together with the entire family.

 

The beautiful town Taormina with its historic monuments also can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus or car. The bus stop near by your accommodation. A public parking space is just a few hundert meters away from the house where you can park your car against a weekly charge.

 

During the months july and august the zone of Lungomare becomes a pedestrian zone. You can find during these 2 months a little amusementpark for children direktly at the beach, which offers your children to run riot and enjoy themselves playing. In the evenings you have the possibility to walk trough the city and to take a look at the nice market stands. This apartment is ideal for families with children who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
