How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This pretty recently renovated apartment with a panorama balcony is located in the 3rd floor of a holiday complex in the very heart of the pretty town Giardini Naxos, just a few meters away from the ocean. With its 80 sqm it offers you enough space for 6 persons.

 

This apartment is furnished pretty and modern. In it you can find 2 bright, beautiful bedrooms with a double bed each. From one bedroom you have an access to the big balcony. Moreover you can find a nice livingroom with a flip-out sofa for 2 persons and a kittchenette.

 

From this room you have also an access to the balcony. In this apartment you can find a very beautiful, stilish bathroom with a wellness shower and elegant sanitary facilities. To the complex belongs a wounderful, leafy parkway. In this park you can find a small playground, where your children can have fun.

 

The highlight of this apartment is a big and beautiful balcony, from where you have a great view on the turquoise ocean and the nice, green parkway. The balcony is equipped with garden furniture so that you can enjoy already your breakfast with this fantastic panorama.

 

The apartment is situated in a prime location, because this flat is not only very central but also beachfront – the beautiful sandy beach is just a few meters away from the apartment. That allows you to get up in the mornings and start the day with a swim in the beautiful ocean.

 

In the evenings you can take long nice walks alongside the beach promenade or visit one of the pretty restaurants at the beach. Near by the apartment you can find everything you need for everyday life. No matter if it is a supermarket, bars, restaurants or pubs, here you can reach everything within just a few minutes walking.

 

Also the bus stop, from where you can reach the tourist spot Taormina can be reached easily walking. Within the complex there is a free garage parking space available for you, in order to park your car save and sheltered.
