How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This beautiful apartment is situated in an apartmentcomplex as well in the center as 100 m from the beach of Letojanni. If you are searching for a swimmingholiday with comfort, this apartment is perfect for you.

 

Here you can choose between 2 beaches, a free one and one for payment. The apartment is kept in bright colours and is offering you on 90 sqm enough space for 2-5 persons. Every room is furnished stilishly and is appointed with lovely details.

 

The apartment has 3 rooms, one with doublebed and the other two with each a singlebed. On request the singlebeds can be putted together. The apartment has also 1 breakfastkitchen with 1 flip-out sofa for 1 person.

 

From the sweet balcony you have a wonderful view on a litle park, which is circondated from palms and you have also the view on a slice of the sea. The town center of Letojanni with many restaurants, bars and shops is a few footsteps away. The unique Taormina with its historic monuments also can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus or car. The bus stop is near by your accommodation.

 

In the months july and august the zone of Lungomare is a pedestrian zone, what will garant you a quite relaxing holiday. You can find in this 2 months a little amusementpark for children direktly at the beach, which offers your children to run riot and enjoy themselves by playing.

 

At the evenings you have the possibility to have a walk trough the city and to have a look at the nice market stands. The apartment is ideal as well for couples, who want to spend a romantic holiday as for families with children.

 

In this dreamily town you can spend a holiday, which you will never forget. In this apartment complex you have the possibility to use the garage free. So you can travel without problems with the own vehicle and park safe without worries.
