1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This nice apartment (65sqm) for 4 persons,which was recently renovated, is situated direktly on the beach of Letojanni.

 

It`s very stylish and spacious furnished and offers you every comfort. The rooms are sunny and are kept in bright colours. Almost every room has a wonderful view on the sea.

 

The appartment has a wonderful terrace from which you can look on the sparkeling sea. Relax in the morning with a nice cup of tasty coffee and enjoy the beauty of sicily. The town center of Letojanni with many restaurants, bars and shops is a few footsteps away. The unique Taormina with its historic monuments also can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus or car. The bus stop is in front of your accommodation. In august the zone of Lungomare is a pedestrian zone, what will garant you a quite relaxing holiday.

 

You can find in this 2 months a little amusementpark for children direktly at the beach, which offers your children to run riot and enjoy themselves by playing. At the evenings you have the possibility to have a walk trough the city and to have a look at the nice market stands.

 

If you are searching for a swimmingholiday with comfort, this apartment is perfect for you. Here you can choose between 2 beaches, one free and one for payment. This apartment is ideal for families with children who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
