1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Apartment in a central position in Taormina overlooking the sea and Mount Etna

 

The recently renovated apartment is located on the 1st Floor of a building that was also renovated recently, and is located in the center of Taormina.

The apartment is spacious and has two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds - a total of 3 bedrooms, all with built-in closets and windows.

Upon entering the apartment, one finds the kitchen on the left . The kitchen has two windows and is equipped with all the necessary accessories, including a washing machine. In the middle of the apartment is a bright and spacious living and dining room with a table and chairs, TV and air conditioning. The atmosphere in the living room is especially nice due to the large windows that offer a beautiful view and the access to the terrace. On the terrace you also have a great panoramic view over the bay of Giardini Naxos and Mount Etna. If you are licky you might be able to watch one of the many striking eruptions of the volcano. (!) The terrace is also accessible from the two double bedrooms.

This apartment offers the best comfort. The two bathrooms with shower allow the guests to feel comfortable in the apartment. The central location in Taormina also allows you to reach all the important sites of the city without a car. In fact, restaurants, bars, services and restaurants are located around the Porta Catania wich can be reaches within 5 minutes walking. In 10 minutes walking distance is the Porta Messina, where the beach shuttle stops. From here you can also take the cable car to reach the beach even more comfortably.

All you need to spend a holiday in Taormina: comfort, tranquility and quality!
