1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This cosy apartment is located in the district of Mazzeo, right at the correspondent, picturesque bay in Taormina. The building in which the flat is located was rebuilt in 2009. With its 90 sqm the flat offers enough space for 2-6 persons. In this building there are 3 more apartments that can be rented separately.

 

This holiday flat is on the 2nd floor, and there is an elevator in the house. Moreover you have access to a joint lavatory with a washing machine. The flat is simple yet comfortably furnished. There is a pretty bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with single beds, and a flip out sofa for 2 persons in the living room.

 

Additionally there are 2 bathrooms with shower. A wonderful, spacious roof terrace with a great panoramic view and garden furniture also belongs to the apartment, yet is to be shared with 2 other flats. Start your day here enjoying the breathtaking view of the rising sun reflecting on the sparkling ocean.

 

With a sip of wine in the evenings you can watch the sun set slowly and pictorially behind the hills To reach the sea and the wonderful beach of Mazzeo and its crystal clear water, you just have to walk a few meters and cross the street. Here you can either visit the free beach or rent sunbeds and sunshades at the lidos.

 

Dive not only into the wonderful water but also into a relaxing holiday that you will never forget. Just a couple of meters away you can find various stores for your daily shopping as well as Pubs and bars. If you don’t feel like cooking you have the unique opportunity to explore the beautiful restaurants in the region and the excellent cuisine.

 

Get to know Sicily’s finest cuisine right here in Taormina. If you want to enjoy shopping some more, we recommend the Corso Umberto in the center of Taormina, the famous shopping spree where you can find everything you desire. From luxury stores to petit boutiques, everyone will find the right shop.

 

To reach the center of Taormina it’s about 5 km. You can either take a bus or your own car, yet considering the parking situation it is recommendable to visit the center by bus. Yet if you travel with your own care, you can park right by the apartment on your private parking space for free.
