How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This beautiful apartment for 3-5 persons with about 75 sqm is located outside the center on the ground floor of a building, where also the owners live. Here tranquility is guaranteed and at the same time, you’ll benefit from the convenience of staying just a 5-minute walk away from Porta Messina, where the famous main street of Taormina, Corso Umberto, begins.

 

The apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, one single bedroom with the possibility of adding an extra bed and a separate living kitchen where there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine; it is spacious and offers room for a cozy dinner with your loved ones. There is also a TV and air conditioning for the hot months of the Sicilian summer. The rooms are nicely decorated and also the single room is spacious enough to easily add an extra bed. The bathroom has a shower and the guests will also find a blow dryer, iron and ironing board. If you want to rent the apartment during the cooler months, heating is also available.

 

However, there are more amenities. A reserved parking spot is available to guests and there is also a garden for joined use with the owners. Here you can relax in the cool evening breeze after a long day at the beach. Also, here you have a fantastic view of the sea and the bay of San Nicola. Taormina's center is located about 500 meters away. Here you will find shops, restaurants, pubs, bars and all services needed. If you travel without a car, you can reach the shuttle bus or cable car in about 5-10 minutes walking, which take you directly to the beautiful Isola Bella, the world famous beach of Taormina.

 

If you wish to explore the area, you can start excursions from the nearby Porta Messina by means of public transport or reach the highway by car in 10 minutes. For a nice beach holiday with the opportunity to park your car next to the house - truly a rarity in Taormina during summer!

 

PLEASE NOTE:

This property is located at the end of a steep hill, and although it is a short street, it can cause problems if you have difficulties walking.
