1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The small Palazzo Francesca is one of the very special, rare and typical Sicilian town houses in Toarmina and counts amongst the most beautiful houses in town. This house extends on 3 floors . The town house is situated in a privileged and centrical position of the historical center of Taormina, not far from the Corso Umberto (shopping area), the Piazza IX Aprile, the Villa Communale and the Grecco Theater. All the sights and bars, restaurants and shops are within reach. A taxi station, the gondola to the sea and the bus station can be reached walking from here.

 

In 2005 this building had been fully renovated and modernized. The floors and stairs on the interior have been restored in the typical Sicilian red-brown marble. The three bath rooms are designed of bright Botticino marble or hand-painted Sicilian tiles. Each room has been decorated with lots of care and love for details.

 

The furnishing is complete and of high standard. The equipment and furnishing come up to highest expectations on quality and taste. The equipment is a mix of modern Italian design and antique French and Sicilian furniture. The tasteful room design is underlined by a special selection of art pictures and lamps made of real Murano glass.

 

All the living and sleeping rooms are equipped with an efficient air condition system. The privileged situation and the special equipment of this accommodation invite you to experience and enjoy Taormina in a unique way.
