How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This apartment is located in the center of Taormina, on the ground floor of an apartment building. The 40 square meter apartment can be accessed through a small gate in front of the terrace of the apartment. From here you enter the living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The bedroom has a double bed for two persons. An extra bed for a third person can be supplied in the living room. The bathroom has a sink, a shower, a toilet and a washing machine.

All the necessary amenities for a wonderful holiday are here in place, but also long-term tenants will find it very comfortable here. The apartment is in fact well equipped and so the guests can use the Internet for free and the use of a Sky TV subscription is also included. There are two flat screen televisions, in the living room and in the bedroom, one  40 and the other 32 inches. They both have a Sky subscription. In addition, you certainly will find the air conditioner useful on hot Sicilian summer days.

Arriving at the apartment is easy, because it is centrally located in Taormina, Sicily. You can also park your car safely in the parking space, which is included renting this apartment. Yet you can easily reach anything by foot here. The restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, and all the infrastructure of the city are within walking distance. The beach can be reached with the bus that stops near the property, or with the cable car which is located only 300 meters away. It takes you only 5 minutes to get to the Isola Bella and its exceptionally beautiful bay from here, if you get on the cable car.

You will soon come to realize that your holiday starts right here in this place, with comfort, service and an excellent central location in Taormina!
