How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Comfortable apartment in the center of Taormina

This very cozy apartment is located on the first floor of a building in the historic center of Taormina and can easily accommodate 2-4 people on 70 sqm.

 

The special features of this apartment are the many accessories and the regular, included towel and linen change 2 times a week.  You will feel pampered by the owners.

 

The apartment has large windows and is very bright and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a large sofa bed for 2 persons, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a  glass shower. There are also many additional things available: air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room, in the kitchen there is a washing machine, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric burner, nice dishes, table, 4 chairs, iron and ironing board. In addition, there is a large library in the living room, including LCD – SAT TV, DVD player and WIFI Internet.

 

From the bedroom and living room you have access to a balcony overlooking the neat garden of a hotel adjoining the building.

Change of linen and towels two times per week is included in the price! For the cooler months there is a heater.

 

The location is very convenient. You don’t need a car. Everything Taormina has to offer is within walking distance: fashion boutiques, shops, supermarkets, romantic restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Less than 500 meters away you will find all the buses and shuttles to the beaches of Taormina and the starting point for excursions in the region. At the same distance you’ll find the cable car that takes you directly to the beautiful Isola Bella in just 5 minutes.

 

If you have a car, you can park in one of the various public parking lots of Taormina, however, they are located just outside the historic center.
