How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Wonderful apartment with parking in a small villa

 

This spacious apartment has been recently renovated and is located in the 1st floor of a detached house in Giardini Naxos. The 120 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 9 persons. On the ground floor of the house live the friendly owners.
 
The area where the apartment is located is convenient because supermarkets are only 200 meters from the house, and other shops such as a bakery, a tobacco shop, a post office and a bank are so to speak just below the apartment.
The center of Giardini Naxos and the beach are 1 km away, so if you do not want to walk there, it is best to travel by car. Anyways the parking situation is good here, the highway is just 500 meters away and a private parking space is included in the price.
 
You enter the apartment through a separate entrance. Here you will find a bedroom for 3 people with a double bed and an additional single bed, a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a flat screen TV, an open, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with space for all guests and a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the second floor of the apartment you'll find a large loft with a double bed and 3 single beds for a total of 5 people. Connected to it is a small bathroom without shower, but with a toilet, a bidet and a sink, for the use of the guests who stay at the top floor. In total the apartment offers space for 9 people. A crib can additionally be provided at no extra charge.
 
Especially nice is the view you have from the 2 balconies of the apartment, from the one you can see the Etna and the other one offers a view of Taormina and Castelmola.
 
The apartment offers all comforts, including a regular change of bed linen and towels included in the rental price.
 
If you are looking for a nice beach holiday, this is the place. No stress finding a parking space, the bus stop for trips is nearby and the restuarants of Giardini Naxos offer delicious, traditional fish dishes. If you want to explore the night life of Taormina you can get there in just 5 minutes and enjoy the fun and hip atmosphere of the city!
