How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Modern holiday apartment with large terrace with panoramic views

This fully renovated apartment is located on the third and thus upper floor of a private building and it has a spacious terrace of about 25 sqm that offers a wonderful view on the hills of Taormina and the coastline. A suggestive and romantic view. On about 120 sqm the apartment offers enough space for 4-6 people. It is located in a quiet area and here you have the possibility to spend a relaxing holiday with all the comforts and modern standard you need.

 

The flat is furnished appealing and modern. There is a double bedroom with a double bed and an air conditioning as well as a large living room with 2 pull out sofas, each for 2 persons, thus enough sleeping places for 6 persons. In the living room there is an air conditioning as well, a table, chairs and an LCD TV; Moreover you have free Wifi Internet access -  you’ll receive the modem against a deposit which will be returned to you upon departure.

 

From the living room you can reach the large furnished terrace where you can enjoy the romantic view and relax in the fresh air or use the bqb. You can also eat on the porch where you can enjoy a great view on Mount Etna thanks to the large windows.

The kitchen is separate and well equipped, amongst other things you have both an Italian and an American coffee maker, a toaster and a microwave to your disposal.  The bathroom has a shower, sink and WC. Also you’ll find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the apartment.

 

The location is not only practical for trips to the Alcantara Gorges and the Mount Etna,  but one can also reach the beautiful center of Taormina in only 10 minutes by car..

Below the house and max 50 meters away you can find everything you need: Restaurants, bar, bakery, grocery store and bus stops from where you can reach Taormina or the airport. About 400 meters away is a big mall with a supermarket and about 1,5 km away is the center of Giardini Naxos and the wonderful sandy and cliffy beaches – both free an private ones.

Parking below the house is free and even during high season it shouldn’t be a problem to find a space.

 

There is the possibility to add a crib for children below 4 years, one has to pay only an additional charge for the extra towels and bedlinen: 25 €

 

ATTENTION: Since the house does not have an elevator, the apartment is not suited for people with disabilities.
