How do I make a reservation?



You can either make a reservation online or by telephone.

To make the reservation you have to provide your personal data (First and last name, phone number, residence, date of birth and email address) as well as the amount of persons and the travel dates.

As soon as we have received these informations we will confirm the receipt of the request via the chosen medium (online or phone).

Is my reservation binding?


The reservation will be binding by the moment when the bank transfer of the advanced deposit has arrived on our account. After entering your request in our system the chosen accommodation will be reserved on your name for a maximum of 7 days. If your advanced deposit has not arrived within these 7 days we have to cancel the reservation to be able to offer it to other clients again.

What happens if I made a reservation with false data?


In this case we ask you to send us a message via our contact sheet mentioning the mistake and the correct data.

Can I receive an offer without firmly booking it yet?


Of course you can! We will be pleased to recommend to you the alternatives fulfilling best your expectations.

What can I do when I get no respond on my request?


If you don't receive our respond within 24 hours after entering the request we ask you to contact us again by mail (service@gotaormina.com). We will immedeately take care of your case.
