The prices in the offer page of each accommodation refer to the standard occupancy (amount of persons).

No, the prices are fix prices and not negatiable. In the "offer" section of our page you may find information about existing special offers and discounts.

At the key handover of apartments and houses the client has to pay a sefaty deposit in addition to the renting price. This deposit for keys and eventual demages will be returned at the check out if nothing is broken and the keys are returned. Usually the safety deposit is 100 Euros, In case of higher value of equippment the deposit can be higher.

In case of reservations on a daily price base the side costs are included in the rental price. For long term reservations these costs are mentioned in the offer of this accommodation.

As far as pets are allowed at all, usually there are no additional costs being charged. It is possible in some cases that the safety deposit will be higher if you bring a pet, because the possibility of demages is higher.
