This beautiful, typical sicilian Villa is surrounded by the mediterrean flora of sicily, right in the adorable town Toarmina (in the district Trapitello). It`s taking part of a complex, which consists of 6 houses. Once up on a time it was a big country estate of a prince familiy and the houses were rencently rebuild and renovated luxorious.

The dominian sead was handed on generation to generation. Even today the prince familiy is living there, and the owners, that live next door, will give you, true to the motto " country, nature and peace of mind", all the advice and practical support you require and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

This Villa is furnished individually and with the best comfort and is offering you on 300 sqm enough space for 12 persons. The furnishment is classic and is furnished in the stile of the 19th century. With special choosen furniture, lovely details and nice harmonized colours was created a wonderful holiday villa with an extraordinary charme.

Mediterrean nature: Enjoy a walk through the beautiful flora surrounding your holiday destination. Let yourself be infatuated by the scent of lemon- and orangetrees in the air, and just enjoy the beauty of the mediterrean nature. Also the olive grove with beautiful, old sarazean olive trees are taking part of the wide landed property and the winegrowing is a tradition of these family since years. Of course you can buy the homemade proucts.

Pool: To this fantastic villa belongs a swimming- pool, which invites you to refrigerate yourself during the hot hours. Near the pool you can find a wonderful sun terrace, on which you can relax and ammire the view on the lemon growing. The pool is to your disposition from april- november.

Paradies for children: This holiday villa is also a little paradies for your children. Kids can safely play in the surrounding, open nature and take little adventurous trips in this calm and quiet residential area, away from any traffic. Immerse yourself in a relaxing holiday, that you won't forget any time soon.

Oasis of relax: To your little villa belongs a wonderful garzebo, which offers you an oasis of total relaxment. Because of the nice climbing plant is the gazebo a shadowed place, in which you can eat or relax by reading a good book. From the terrace and the balcony of the villa you have a wonderful view on the vulcano Etna.

Ideal: The holidayvilla is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday with the family (4 adults and 2 children), that travel by car, since there's no access to public transportation in the vicinity of the Villa. You can park your car right in front of the house, as there are shadowed parking places. For those who want to come without it's recommandable to rent a car, as the villa is located outside of Taormina.

Recreational activities: In the price is included the use of bicycles and so it`s offered to do some bicycle tours among the nice area. To reach the sea it`s 2 km and is reachable without problems.
