1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Holiday bungalow within beautiful nature

Holiday bungalow in a well groomed condominium with a good appearance for 4 persons (circa 30 sqm) in a hilly area in front of Taormina.

 

There you have a wonderful view on Taormina and Castelmola. The bungalow, which is good located, makes it possible to reach the historic town center Taormina and Giardini Naxos and its Beaches in a short time .In Taormina and Giardini Naxos you can find restaurants, many shops, bars, doscotheques, pubs and pubblic transports.

 

It`s possible to take long walks in the beautiful nature.This bungalow is ideal for people, who can`t resist to enjoy their holidays in full nature and who want to relax in the sun.

 The small terrace with a dinette and barbecue is very suggestionable for braais.

 

An extra which is offering the landlord, is to eat the fruits and vegatables from his own production and his help, whenever you need it. The bungalow is 7 km away from the railway Messina- Catania. We suggest you to travel by your own car. There are excellent parking possibilities.
