1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The holiday apartment is perfect for 2-4 persons who want to spend holidays near the beach and value the comforts of the central location in Santa Teresa with all the shops. The apartment is also ideal for people with mobility limitations as the building has an elevator and also a private parking space.

 

The following things are awaiting the guests in this apartment: bed room with double bed and air conditioning; eat-in kitchen with a pull-out sofa for 3 extra persons, air conditioning, table, chairs and many utilities as an oven, a freezer, a toaster and a LCD TV; a bathroom with a shower.

 

The flat is nicely and carefully furnished to guarantee a comfortable stay and a feeling of being at home. Moreover there is a spacious balcony that can be accessed both from the bed room and the eat-in kitchen. It offers a view of a typical alley and also a partly view of the sea. It is furnished with comfortable balcony furniture to offer you the possibility to relax outside after a day at the beach or dine with your loved ones and a tasty bottle of fine Sicilian wine.

 

Moreover there is an iron and an ironing board, towels and bed linen are provided for as well as a parasol to take along to the free beach.

 

Everything can be reached from the apartment in a short distance: 50 m to the sea, 50-100m to all that the center has to offer, including restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery and newsstand; 50m to the train station of Santa Teresa and the bus stops and less than 3 km to the highway exit. Therefore you have the possibility to visit the sights of the region either by car or bus and you can take a trip to the amazing city of Taormina, whether it’d be for sightseeing during day or going out in the evenings to one of the many bars.

 

Normally you can park on the street, yet if you want you can also rent the private parking place behind the property gates for a small extra charge. The gate opens automatically.
