1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This apartment is located in a central position in Giardini Naxos and is very close to the sea, in fact it's only 50 meters to the beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor (3 steps elevated from the ground) of a town house, which is owned by a single owner.

 

On approximately 60 sqm the apartment can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. The apartment has a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a LCD TV, a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 extra people, so a total of 6 people can stay here. The bathroom has a shower. Various features make the apartment not only convenient but also the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Not only the immediate proximity to the sea is very pleasant, but also the beautiful balcony, which can be accessed from the bedroom and the common used terrace at the front gate of the town house, which is planted with flowers and plants and the common garden that offers you the chance to spend peaceful moments. Guests will also appreciate the washing machine, air conditioning in the bedroom and a wireless Internet connection.

 

The center of Giardini Naxos, where you can find all the shops, services and pubs is very close, and a bar and a grocery store are virtually below the house. If you decide to visit Taormina, this area is also well connected with buses and shuttles. If you have a car, you can easily find a parking space within 100 meters, even during the holiday season.
