How to Book

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.

This big, modernly furnished apartment for 6 Persons is located on the 2nd floor of a small holiday residence in the idyllic town Nizza di Sicilia, about 20 km away from Taormina.

Since Nizza di Sicilia is little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Taormina you'll like this town a lot. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday at the beach, dive into the typical sicilian life, get to know friendly people and taste the delicious sicilian cuisine.

You can reach Taormina, Messina and the aiport Catania several times a day using public transportaion services. The flat has a beautiful balcony that offers you a delightful view over the picturesque roofs of the surrounding houses. The balcony is ideal to enjoy the warm summer nights of Sicily with a view on the sparkling lights of the city and breathe in the scent of the sea.

The 3 room apartment is modernly furnished with lots of lovely details. The Owner has especially minded the combination of colors and has therewith created a restorative ambiance for a wonderful holiday at the sea. The flat is perfectly located for a a beach holiday.

Your holiday destination is one minute from the beach and very close to the center of Nizza di Sicila as well, which you can easily reach walking. To get to the beach you only have to cross a street and the seafront promenade just in front of the residence. In a periphery of a 200 meters you'll find several stores, bars, Restaurants and pubs.
