How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Sweet apartment in the centre of Taormina

 

This nice apartment is situated in the wonderful centre of Taormina. The apartment is furnitured with every comfort to spend a nice holiday and offers you on 40 sqm enough space for 2- 4 persons.It`s also ideal for the winter, because it is equipped with heating.

 

The apartment has a room with a double bed. For the third and fourth person you will find a sofabed in the living room. In the apartment there is also an open kitchen with a kettle as well as a bathroom. Also you have an ironing board and an iron as well as a washing machine for common use ( Use together with the guests of the 3 other apartments of the owner)

 

Enjoy the sun and the view from the big comun roof terrace, on which you can barbecue, too. In this apartment you have also a balcony for your exklusive use.

 

The Corso Umberto , Taormina's most prominent shopping promenade, is only 5 Minutes away from the apartment.

Here you find a wide choice of stores, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Thanks to the ideal location of the flat, you can discover the pittoresque Taormina with all it's narrow alleys and romantic squares walking. All sights like i.e. the greek theater, the Palazzo Corvaja, the Odeon, the Palazzo Duchi S.Stefano, the Piazza IX Aprile or the Gardini Pubblici are within walking distance.

 

Household supply stores are near by the flat as well. Public transportation (bus terminal), cabs, the beachbus and the aerial passenger tramway are just a few minutes away. The beachbus stops in Porta Messina and takes you in an hourly frequency to the beaches of Letojanni and Taormina.

 

You can get to the beach of Mazzarò every 10 minutes with the aerial passenger tramway. This beautiful apartment is made for a nice and relaxing holiday. During the day you can get with the public transportation or by foot to the beach, where you can have a walk along the beachfront and enjoy the sun.

 

In the evening you can walk trouh the tipical sicilian streets and eat in the beautiful restaurants on the piazzas. In the apartment you can connect you gratis to Internet, which is very useful for those, who have to work during their holidays.

 

This apartment is also suited for persons, who want to travel by own vehicle. You have the possibility to get a garage parking place for 10 Euro a day.
