How to Book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

How to Pay

The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.

Central apartment with seaviews and garden

This apartment is located in a hilly area in the center of Taormina. It is different and has an interesting room layout, two rooms each with own bathroom, kitchenette and separate entrances form two independent living areas.

The first area is kept in blue colors, decorated with paintings of a local artist, lightflooded and offers a view of the jointly used garden. There is a pretty bathroom and a kitchenette, airconditioning and a flatscreen TV. This area also offers a comfortable sofa bed. This area is separated with a door from the 2nd living area.

In the 2nd living area one also finds a sofa bed, airconditioning and TV, as well as a bathroom and another kitchenette.

The beauty of the apartment arises not only from the separation in two areas but also the apartment is new and was recently restored, quiet and both rooms offer privacy as well as a separate, direct access to the joint garden.

The mornings or evenings can be spend relaxing in the garden with seaview – here you also find a gazebo with tables and chairs. Thanks to the great location of the house, about 200 meters away from Corso Umberto, you can find all the main bus stations as well as the cable car that takes you directly to the beach in the vicinity, therefore a car is unecessary. Nearby you can also find all the agencies that offer excursions in the area. Less than 100 meters away are restaurants, bars, pubs, shops and all kind of services.

The nice owners live near the apartment and will help you if necessary.If you want you can use the common washingmachine of the house against a small fee. (prices indicated as „else“ under optional services). Airconditioning is included in the rent.

For a perfect and relaxing holiday – far away from the daily stress, forget about your car and enjoy all the amusements and sights Taormina has to offer.
