This almost detached house is located in the small district Nunziata in Mascali, a authentic village submontane the impressive volcano Etna. The village is about 13 km away from Giardini Naxos and Taormina. The highway exit is nearby, therefore this holiday destination is easy to reach and a perfect spot for excursions in the region, trips to Catania, the coastal villages and Taormina.

The single-story house with about 65 sqm has a large, private outdoor area where you can also park your car securely. The holiday house is split in two parts; one part is occupied by the owners. Yet the house is structured in a way that both parts of the house are more or less independent and offer privacy – this includes the outdoor area and the garden.

One enters the property through a garden gate from the small, yet well maintained lane; on the right side one finds a large grassed area of about 300 sqm, ideal for kids to play within the nature. Here you can also park your car. Orange trees, lemons, apricots, plums, pears and kaki complete the authentic, Sicilian scenery. Here you can enjoy a wonderful panorama all the way to the sea, relax in the garden and spend refreshing evenings outdoor. When the sun sets you can turn on the outdoor lighting and continue to spend relaxing, beautiful moments with your beloved ones outdoors.

The house itself has a spacious and bright living room with a large glazed door that opens a panoramic view. A handmade solid wood table, a sofa bed for 2 persons, digital TV, DVD and a fireplace can be found in the living room. There is also a little wall that separates the open, fully equipped kitchen spatially from the rest of the living room. You will enjoy dining here with this great view of the sea, Taormina and Castelmola. The same great view can be found in the bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and in the vestibule a washing machine can be found.

It is necessary to travel by car. The center of Nunziata with a pharmacy, restaurants, post office, bars and shops is located about a kilometer from the house. One should also know that the “Littorina” – a small extraordinary train – stops here in Nunziata on its touristic round trip passing all the Etna villages.
