1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Detached house of high standard in Taormina with exceptional seaview

 

This detached house is located in Taormina, near San Vincenzo Vecchio. It offers a living environment of excellent quality and , thanks to its location, an exceptionally beautiful panoramic view.

You reach the house via a entry path along the beautiful, terraced garden, with 2 sunbeds, a barbecue, and a table with 4 chairs. This well-maintained green area allows you to relax and take a sunbath any time you want, and also allows you to have lunch or dinner surrounded by the sea breeze, enjoying a magnificent panorama over the bay of Giardini Naxos, the port and the foothills of the Etna .

Upon entering the apartment you’ll encounter the open kitchen and the dining room, where you will find a table with 6 chairs and all the comforts required on vacation: dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, refrigerator and a complete selection of dishes.

Next you will find on your right the spacious living room of the house. There is a sofa bed for 2 people and a television. The living room is decorated with bright colors, and has large windows that let lots of light into the living room and allow a glimpse of the beautiful panorama. The house has two bathrooms with shower, and in one there is also a washing machine. Of the three bedrooms two are furnished with double beds and one is a single room. The bedrooms are, just like the other rooms in the house, air-conditioned.

The location of the house is very comfortable and requires no car. Porta Catania can be reached in 10 minutes on foot or you can also take the elevator up to the place. At Porta Catania, one of the two gates to the old inner city, the main street of Taormina Corso Umberto I starts. Here you will find everything you need for a holiday with comfort and fun: fish restaurants, bars, internet cafes, clubs, shops and a supermarket for your grocery shopping. Also at the Porta Catania many bus lines stop that allow you to reach all parts of the city easily.

This house is an excellent solution for 5-7 people, and you will enjoy your stay in Taormina here for sure!
