How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

B&B Panoramica is located just above the picturesque village of Sant'Alessio Siculo on the Ionian Sea and less than five miles from the world-famous Taormina. The villa is part of a gated development with views of the seaside and beaches less than one kilometer away.

 

You will enjoy two tastefully furnished floors, terrace and garden, three large bedrooms, living room, eat - in kitchen, and two bathrooms. The location is within easy reach - 15 minutes by car or bus - of Taormina, Giardini Naxos, and the medieval historical centrers of the Valle D'Agrò where you can visit the villages of Savoca and Forza d'Agrò featured in the Godfather movie.

 

From here, you can visit historical sites such as Agrigento, Syracuse, and the majestic Etna volcano. Sicily offers an unmatched display of the markings of many ancient cultures - Phoenician, Greek, Roman, Arab and Spanish.

 

Out of this long tradition, today you can sample and learn to love Sicilian cuisine which is the core of the Mediterranean diet - fish, vegetables, olive oil, cheeses, fruits, herbs and spices that explode into some of the best pasta. B&B Panoramica ........ like your house, only better !
