1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Studio apartment only a few steps from the sea

This spacious studio with 40 sqm is located in the district Mazzeo, on the ground floor of a recently restored building. 2-4 persons can stay here and it is perfectly suited for all who enjoy spending a lot of time on the beach.

 

The studio apartment has a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa for 2 more persons, so altogether space for up to 4 people. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchenette is completely equipped with all necessities such as a refrigerator, oven and stove. The living area has a flatscreen TV and air conditioning, in order to keep a fresh temperature within the studio also during the hot Sicilian summer days.

 

The location is excellent. The apartment is located only 50 meters from the sea, there are also free beaches and from here you can start boat tours to interesting areas of Taormina. In addition, almost directly by the house are bars and fish restaurants and the center with all services and shops is also only 100 meters away.

 

A car is not necessary here, not only because of the proximity to the sea but also the train station and bus stops are very close. So if you want to move around, want to try a different beach or to take a stroll through the chic center of Taormina, you can use either one of the regular bus lines or one of the shuttle buses during summer.

But if you have a car, you can park it on the street, although this is sometimes a bit difficult during high season.

 

Here you will feel just like home. Far enough from the city yet everything you need is located within a walking distance. In addition, the hospitable landlords offer a delicious welcome brunch with typical products from the region.

 

Pets and smoking are prohibited.
