How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Cosy, independent house in the center of Gaggi

 

This cottage is located in the center of Gaggi on the first floor of an old building. The building itself is very interesting, due to its traditional construction with lava stones.

You reach the house by climbing a short staircase that leads to the entrance on the first floor. Entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the living room with a kitchenette. On the right side is the master bedroom, which also has a storage room for your luggage. The kitchenette is well equipped and is as pretty as the rest of the house. As for the exterior, there is a balcony that overlooks the city center and which can be accessed from the bedroom. Then, there is also a terrace with a table, to get some fresh air in the evenings or to have a drink or two with your loved ones. From here you have a great view of the typical Sicilian landscape and the hills of Gaggi.

The tranquility of this place with its unique amenities is balanced by its proximity to the center of Gaggi, with its shops and restaurants. The center is within walking distance and a bus stop is located virtually below the house. Gaggi is well connected with buses, taking you to the nearby, famous “Gole dell'Alcantara”,or to the sea which is approximately 6 km away.

The rent includes all necessities, like electricity, gas, water and bed linen, which is provided by the friendly owner. Travelling by car is recommended.

Here you can spend a peaceful holiday, near the beach, yet with enough distance to escape the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns. This holiday home is ideal for those, who want it all: The beach, the countryside and the possibility to start excursions right at the house.
