How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This cosy apartment is situated in a well- curated complex the nice town of Giardini Naxos, in the town quarter Recanti. With its 52 sqm it`s offering you enough space for 4-6 persons. The apartment is kept in bright colors and is furnished with lovley details.

 

The apartment has a bedroom with doublebed and a breakfastkitchen with a flip-out sofa for 2 persons. For the 5th and the 6th person there will be added extrabeds. Enjoy in the morning a coup of coffe on the nixe balcony and let yourself enchante by the sicilian climate. In the evening we can recomend you a walk along the Lungomare.

 

Because of its good position you can reach the beach in a view minutes the beautiful beach Baia Porticchio, without the daily stress of trafficjams and the searching of parkingplaces. So you have really the possibility to relax in your holidays. Enjoy in a pittoresque landscape in the middle of the nature your holiday.

 

Near the house there is the bus stop which can bring you to Taormina and Giardini Naxos. Near this ambiente you can find shops of the daily life, restaurants and bars. For a bigger shopping- tour the centers of Taormina and Giardini Naxos are ideal. A guarded garage parking place is in the complex available for those, who want to travel by own car. Please be considerate to leave the apartment in a clean condition.
