How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This 2 room apartment with a sea view in Giardini Naxos (Recanati) is located in a large holiday complex with other apartments near the beautiful beach of Recanati.

 

This holiday home is ideal for 2 adults but it can also be occupied by 2 adults with up to 2 children. In the outdoor area of this facility, there are playgrounds for children, summer swimming pool (approximately € 5.00 / day), a bar, restaurant and shopping facilities. In July-August, there are several animation programs. The holiday complex is surveillanced 24 h.

 

To the busy centre of Giardini Naxos with its nightclubs, it is less than 1km. Taormina is approximately 3 km away can be reached easily and comfortably with the public bus, the bus stop is about 500 metres away from your accommodation.

 

In the immediate surroundings of this resort is a small riding stables and a small water amusement park with water slides. Travelling by car is recommended. There are free parking lots in the holiday complex (sometimes in August becomes difficult to find a parking space)
