How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Penthouse with large terrace and view of Mount Etna

This beautiful penthouse apartment with 70 square meters (including the terrace) is located in a peaceful area of Taormina on the 2nd Floor of a building and can accommodate 2-4 people. The most prominent feature of the apartment is the large terrace with stunning views of Mount Etna, the countryside and a partial view of the sea.

 

The penthouse consists of a bedroom with LCD TV and a double bed (that can be converted on demand into 2 single beds), a bright living room with a sofa bed for 2 more people, a fully equipped open kitchen, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the living room you have a comfortable lounge area with TV, DVD, stereo and a table with 4 chairs. The open kitchen is ideal to prepare a lunch or dinner with friends and it is completely built from bricks and decorated in a rustic style.

 

From the living room you can enter the large terrace with the breathtaking views. Here you will find a barbecue, 2 tables, 4 chairs, a wooden bench, a sun tent for shade, an outdoor shower and sun beds (can be provided upon request and are included in the rent). This terrace is just perfect to relax after a long day at the beach, or to dine outdoors in the cool shade with a great view. There is also a free internet access via WiFi, central air conditioning for the warm summer months and a reserved parking space included in the rent, which is almost a rarity in Taormina and surroundings.

 

The location of the apartment is comfortable also without a car. Already 150 meters from the house you will find the first bars, restaurants, grocery stores and about 2 km away is the center of Giardini Naxos, with shops, bars and services. The bus stop is right outside the house and the beach is about 2 km away. A car is recommended if you want to go on hike excursions or to the center of Taormina, which is about 10 km away. For a holiday full of relaxation and fun!
