How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This holiday apartment is located in Giardini Naxos on the 2nd floor of a building in the center.

You can access it via a communal staircase and although it is located beneath the roof, the ceilings are high. The interior is paneled with chestnut wood and it provides with its 70 sqm much living space. The roof above the attic is insulated in order to keep the temperature mild in both winter and summer.

From the front door you enter directly the living room, to the right you will find the fully equipped kitchenette and a double bedroom for 2 persons with air conditioning. From the living room you have access to the large terrace of 60 sqm, from which you have a beautiful view of the sea, Taormina and Castelmola.

The terrace is partially roofed and a table, chairs and umbrella is available. So here you can take the sun or relax in the shade, and eat in peace with fresh air. A balcony is connected to the terrace, and leads all around the penthouse.

The convenient location ensures you to have all kind of useful infrastructure nearby. The shopping center " I Gabbiani " is just a few meters away.. The sea is just about 800 meters away and therefore easily within walking distance. You just have to walk down the stairs to reach a tennis court, shops, bars and many restaurants, in case you do not feel like cooking or want to savor the cuisine of Sicily in all its variety and facets.

Parking spaces in this area yet are rare during the summer months. But the proximity of all facilities is convenient and allows you to leave your car behind. The bus stops right below the house, in case you want to visit Taormina or Castelmola. Not only Taormina but also many other tourist attractions of the region are well connected by public transportation.
