How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Beachfront Apartment with great views

This beautiful apartment is located in a fantastic position in Giardini Naxos, just a few meters from the beach, and with its 48 square meters it can accommodate 2-4 people.

 

The apartment has a spacious triple bedroom with a double bed and a folding bed. From the bedroom you have access to the balcony which offers a magnificent view of the ocean and the beach. It will seem to you as if you were living right on the beach. Additionally there is a sofa bed in the living room for one person (generous space, 1 ½ bed space), so here can stay a total of 4 people. For the convenience of the guests there are 2 bathrooms, a small one and a large one with shower, bidet and toilet. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with table and chairs for 6 people, a library, a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette.

 

The comfort of guests is maximized by several features, including air conditioning in the bedroom, a ceiling fan in the living room and towel change every 7 days included in the price. The location is not only because of the proximity to the beach great, yet also very convenient if you travel without car. The center of Giardini Naxos is very close and the first bars and restaurants are only a few meters away. For a carefree holiday at the beach, with relaxation and fun!
