1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Wonderful apartment at the beach

This wonderful apartment (65 sqm) for 4 people has been renovated recently and is located right at the beach of Letojanni. The apartment is spacious, furnished in style and offers every comfort for your holidays.

The rooms of this apartment are very sunny and kept in bright colors. Nearly all rooms offer a beautiful view on the sea. Yet the view is most beautiful on the nice terrace. Enjoy some relaxing moments sipping your coffee in the mornings on the terrace, breathing in the fresh aroma and enjoying the beauty of the Sicilian panorama.

The center of Letojanni with its many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pubs is nearby and easy to reach. The beautiful town Taormina with its many historic monuments can be reached by bus or car within 15 minutes. The bus stop is right below the house.

Mainly during august the Lungomare becomes blocked for traffic. During these 1-2 months opens an amusement park for kids right at the beach, where your children can enjoy themselves playing. In the evenings you can stroll down the sea promenade and take a look at the colorful sales booths along the road.

So if you are looking forward to a holiday at the beach with all comforts, you are right to choose this holiday apartment. Here you can choose between 2 beaches, a free one and one with a lido. This holiday home is ideal for families with kids that are looking for an relaxing holiday.
