1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This beautiful apartment in the center of Giardini Naxos is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. The residence was recently built and the apartment is designed in a modern style, with new high end furniture.

One of the 2 double bedrooms has a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, furnished with a table and chairs, and thus habitable. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons, so all in all the flat is designed for a total of 6 guests. In addition, the apartment is equipped with all kind of convenient accessories, including a flat screen TV and a dishwasher. From the bedrooms you can also access 2 large balconies, where you can relax in the fresh breeze of the Sicilian summer nights. 

Spending a holiday here will ensure tranquility and comfort. In fact, your destination is located centrally in Giardini Naxos, less than 1 km from the sea and the center. A few minutes away you will find a shopping center, which is the largest of Giardini Naxos. Only a few meters from the holiday flat away are shops and restaurants, in case you don’t feel like staying in to cook.

The city of Taormina is a few kilometers away and can be reached easily by car or the local bus line that passes regularly during the summer months. If you once want to visit other beaches, there are also buses that take you up the coast to Catania and Messina. Yet you can also take your car for extra comfort, since the residence offers parking for guests.
