Comfortable Holiday Hous with private beach: This wonderful, old farmhouse (75 sqm) for 4 persons is situated in the middle of the beautiful landskape at the golf of Taormina. From ths beautiful idyllic you have a wonderful sight on the sea and the vulcano Etna. The house has two floors one groundfloor and one basement, because it is situated on a hill. The groundfloor is used by the owners.

It has a private beach, which you can reach only from the holiday house. You have only to climb down some stairs and to go trough the railway underpass.

From the house there are 30 m to get to the beach and to get to the centre of Taormina ca. 3 km. There you can find shops for the daily life and restaurants, bars and pubs. In the vicinity you can find the pubblic transportation with which you can get everywhere. near the house you can find also the station (800m).

The holiday house is near the Isola Bella, which is a famous touristic destination and you can reach it in 10 minutes (1km). Very recommandable is also the bay and the nice restaurants, which you can find on the way to the Isola.

This house has a wonderful big sun terrace from which you have a 180 ° panorama. From there you can enjoy the sun, have your meals and in the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine. The house has also a very big garden with wonderful olive trees and Bougainvillae , a very huge eucalyptus tree, many fruit trees and other maediterranean plants.

This holiday house is ideal for families who want to enjoy their holidays with their children and want to travel by car, because there are 2 parking possibilities in front of the house.
