Villa oasis of natur with seaview: This beautiful, typical sicilian VIlla is surrounded by the mediterrean flora of sicily, right in the adorable town Toarmina, in the  calm neighborhood of Contrada Matrissa.

The big and light-flooded Villa has two floors, so you have lots of space and opportunities to retreat. The top quality appliances were complemented with several antigues, that bestow the living space with a certain elegance, that matches with the architectural style of the villa.

All windows and doors have mosquito nets, which considerably account for your well-being and peaceful nights with open windows.

There's a bathroom on each floor and both of the big bedrooms on the 2nd floor have airconditioning. As the Villa is equipped with a heating system, you'll feel comfortable even on colder days.

Stunning views: The view from the big balcony on the sea, the hills of Taormina and the enchanting village Castelmola is fantastic. On this balcony, which covers half of the house, you 'll find enough space to enjoy your glass of wine in the romantic athmosphere of the summer evenings in sicily.

Mediterrean nature: Enjoy a walk through the beautiful flora surrounding your holiday destination. Let yourself be infatuated by the scent of lemon-,tangerine- and orangetrees in the air, and just enjoy the beauty of the mediterrean nature.

Ideal fro children: This holiday villa is also a little paradies for your children. Kids can safely play in the surrounding, open nature and take little adventurous trips in this calm and quiet residential area, away from any traffic. Immerse yourself in a relaxing holiday, that you won't forget any time soon.

On the terrace, there is a garden swing seat, where you can take a little nap or relax with some good reading. Also there, you'll encounter a grill, so you can organize fun barbecues with friends.

Convenient traffic connection: This holiday home has a perfect traffic connection in all directions. You can reach Taormina as well as Giardini Naxos by car in just a couple of minutes. 10 minutes away is the historic town center of Taormina with its various stores, nightclubs and public transportation system.

Close to beaches: Even closer by is the historic towncenter of Giardini Naxos, which you can reach within a 5 minute drive. There you'll also find the closest stores and beaches.

This holidayhome is perfectly suited for families with children or groups of friends, that travel by car, since there's no access to public transportation in the vicinity of the Villa. You can park your car right in front of the house, as there are parking spaces available. If you choose to travel by motor-cycle, the owners offer you parking in their garage.

Moreover, the hospitable owners will pick you up from the train station or the airport. Still it's recommandable to rent a car, as the villa is located outside of Taormina. If you desire so, the owners, that live next door, will give you all the advice and practical support you require and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
