Are there additional costs for late key handovers?


If the key handover is out of our usual office times then we charge an extra.
Between 10pm and 12pm we charge 20 Euros and after 12pm we charge 30Euros additionally.

Where do I get the keys to my apartment?


An employee of Travelmate Ltd. will provide the key handover. The contact data of this person will be sent to you in the final confirmation of your reservation.

Which are the office times of Travelmate Ltd.?


You can reach us via internet 24 hours a day / 365 days a year!

Your booking request or sent contact sheet will be responded within 24hours after arrival.

Our office times in Italy are from monday to friday from 10.30am until 3pm and from 6pm until 10pm. On saturdays from 11am until 3pm.
