How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Sea villa in Taormina with garden and view

This beautiful, recently restructured villa sits in a convenient position near to Mazzeo, on the coast of Taormina. With around 160 square metres on offer inside, it can host four to five people very comfortably. The villa itself is situated only a few steps away from the sea and has two floors, a garden and an indoor carpark. The perfect option for anybody looking to relax by the sea!

 

At the property, you can enter via an automatic gate that is fitted with a telecom system and then find the entrance to the house itself on the terrace. Once inside you will find a spacious living room/ dining room, equiped with a sofa, an arm chair, a tv and a large table. From here you can enjoy the big windows which offer a view out onto the garden and the sea. In a seprate part of the villa there is a fully equiped kitchen (including toaster and kettle) and a small bathroom.

 

Upstairs there are two bright bedrooms that can take up to five people. In the first there is one double bed and one single bed, whilst the second offers two single beds. The bathroom offers a bath/ shower and a hairdryer. From the first floor you can also access the second, smaller terrace which provides a wonderful view of the Mazzeo. It's perfectly placed for you to enjoy the panorama with a glass of Sicilian wine as the calming sea breeze calls in the evening.

 

The garden outside is rich with flowers, and the tables and chairs give you the chance to dine in the evening warmth, surrounded by nature. Should you feel in the mood there is even a brick bbq on offer! From the garden there is also a second gate which leads directly to the sea, all you have to do is cross the street!

 

Although there is enough space for two to three cars, there is certainly no need for one given the location of this property. The beaches are 30 meters away, the bus stop 20 metres away and the closest collection of restaurants and bars 100 metres away, whilst the centre of Taormina itself is only 300 metres away.
