How to Book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

How to Pay

The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.

Adorable studio apartment at the beach

This beautiful studio is right at the bay of Mazzeo. It is located on the second floor of an elegant holiday residence which was built in 2008. The apartment is furnished fashionably. One can say it is small yet nice! One notices immediately that it was furnished with lots of attention to detail.

The Studio was cleverly separated in a living and sleeping space. The one-room studio has a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 persons, a kitchenette and a terrace. On the beautiful terrace and also from within the studio one can enjoy a wonderful view of the picturesque bay.

No matter if you spend your day reading, enjoy your breakfast whilst the sunrise or just enjoy the wonderful panoramic view, recreational holidays are ensured and the wonderful view will remain in your memory for a long time. Nearby you find the cable car that takes you in just a few minutes to the center of Taormina.

Here you can find everything: Stores of all kinds, restaurants, bars, pubs and the famous sights of Taormina. From the flat it is only about 10 meters to the ocean and the wonderful sandy beach of Spisone and its crystal clear water.

Here you can get to know Sicily from its brightest site. At the beach you can rent a sunshade or just go to the free beach. If you don’t want to miss the moon reflecting on the sparkling water, why don’t visit one of the fantastic restaurants at the beach to enjoy this great view.

Enjoy here within the beautiful nature cozy summer nights at the bay of Spisone and listen to the soft roar of the ocean and the chirr of the circadas during dinner.
