1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This pretty double room is located in private house in Taormina 10 minutes from the city center and offers B&B services.

It is a double room, but it can also be rented as a single room. It is nicely furnished and very comfortable.

The room can be rented for short or long periods (we welcome tourists, students, and also seasonal workers) and is located in a detached house, part of a small building complex. It is a quiet area, surrounded by nature and just a few minutes away from the center of Taormina.

The house offers a marvelous view and sometimes you can see in the distance the shore of Calabria. The house has a kitchen and a living room, a bathroom with tub and shower, and 2 bedrooms. There is also a TV room, air conditioning in the living room and a large terrace for eating and relaxing.

The house is about 10 minutes walking distance from the center that you can reach via a panoramic stairway that’s surrounded by greenery. The trail is floodlit at night. From home you can also reach the center of Taormina in 10 minutes with the city buses. The bus stop can be reached within about 10 minutes of uphill walking, yet the street is not illuminated at night.

For those travelling by car or motorbike, parking is free, and you can reach the center of Taormina in 10 minutes as well. The living room is recommended for youth and adults who enjoy relaxation and tranquility.

It's the best solution for all those who want to experience living in Taormina or study in an Italian family. It is the perfect spot for all guests who wish to learn Italian or at least acquire a general knowledge of the Italian language and culture. The friendly owner will gladly give you a few hours of his time, to help you practice you conversational skills and spent a nice evening in a friendly atmosphere and interesting conversation. The owners also speak English and Spanish, which can be very useful when you are only starting to learn Italian.
