How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This rustic studioapartment with rual charm is located in an old country house in Piedimonte Etneo, in a quiet and relaxing area and offers on 35 sqm space for up to 2 people. It is located on the ground floor and it is ideal for a romantic couples holiday. There is the possibility to rent this apartment together with other apartments in the country house.

 

The apartment has simple and rustic furnishings and thus blends in perfectly with the rual surroundings of the house. There is a double bed and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with table, chairs, TV and air conditioning (optional use, listed under „else“ in prices). The pretty bathroom has a shower and a bidet.

 

The country house offers also a ca. 2000 sqm fenced garden for all guests, where you can find a pool for the summer. Here in this wonderful garden with flours and all kinds of plants you also find a playground for children, an outdoor shower and a barbecue as well as bicycles. Everything is prepared for the absolute relaxation of the guests. There is also a sauna and a small gym for the daily workout in the house open for the use of all guests.

 

It is necessary to travel by car, yet you have a private parking spot on the property. The location of the house is great. You are halfway between the wonderful beaches of Giardini Naxos and the abundant, Sicilian landscape on the foothills of the Etna. So you have the possibility of a diversified holiday, that will never get boring. You can spend long days at the beach and afterwards relax in the garden, swim in the pool or use the sauna.

 

But that's not all. You can go on exciting trips towards the Etna or go on biking tours. Gourmets will enjoy the agriturismo that is located about 500 meters away from your holiday home, or visit one of the many, authentic restaurants that can be found everywhere in this rural landscape. Your daily shopping can be done in the center of Piedimonte Etneo, about 1 km away from the house, where you can find all necessary shops.

 

If you want to experience some nightlife activity, you can drive to the 10 km distant Giradini Naxos or to Taormina (22km), where you will find yourselve right in the middle of the vibrant nightlife with many pubs, clubs, shops and hip events.

 

An extraordinary mix that allows you to recharge your „batteries“ and ensures you an unforgettable holiday!
