1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Apartment in holiday house with seaview

At the end of the village of Sant’Alfio and by the road leading out of it is Casa La Conchiglia, which has been transformed into two tasteful apartments with sea view.

 

The house is located in a very quiet area, however just 1 km away from the village center where you can find all kind of stores, restaurants and bars. Public transport is close by. A sloping ramp and a few steps lead to the lower apartment, while the other is on the first floor. Each has its own terrace and garden area .

 

From the veranda on the ground-floor, is possible to see the panorama of the Catania gulf, while the panoramas over the fruit orchards finish at the volcano. Both the apartaments include kitchen, bathroom and a variable sleeps number.

 

The house consists of two apartments. One on the ground floor and one on the first floor which are separated and have an individual entrance. Each apartment can be rented separately or together. Here you find the apartment on the first floor.

 

Embedded in the green Sicilian countryside, at the foot of the most impressive volcano of Europe, in the picturesque village of Sant’ Alfio, and only 500 meters away from the famous “Castagno dei Cento Cavalli” (One Hundred Horses Chestnut-Tree) , there is the Residence La Conchiglia.

 

The Residence La Conchiglia offers you the possibility to enjoy the beauties which Sicily reserves for you. Actually, Etna is easily accessible; you can reach Piano Provenzana or Rifugio Citelli quickly by car. From there it is possible to take paths on your own or to participate in guided tours during all the year. Furthermore, within 15 minutes by car, you can visit one of the most beautiful coasts of Sicily, the famous beach of Fondachello, Marina di cottone, San Marco e Giardini Naxos. Within 30 minutes, you can also visit the wonderful city of Catania or the baroque town Acireale or – last not least – Taormina.

 

The Residence La Conchiglia is a privileged place to enjoy fully the miracles of the East Sicilian coast. Here you will not be disturbed by traffic jams or other unpleasant noises; instead, you will have the pleasure of a familiar atmosphere, of cordiality and hospitality. Our guests are our first friends.
