How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This wonderful apartment (ca. 165 sqm) for 4-6 persons, is situated on a hill in the 9th floor in a 9 floored terrace house in the beautiful city Taormina. From there you have a great view of 180° on Taormina, Letojanni and the sea.

 

The apartment was renovated recently and is new furnitured. It has a wonderful high-class american kitchen.The apartment is furnitured with every comfort to spend a nice holiday. It`s also ideal for the winter, because it has a heather.

 

It`s a 1 km distance to get to the center of Taormina. In a 300 m distance you can find the bus, whith which you can reach in a few minutes the center and the beach. In the center you can find shops of the daily life, restaurants, pubs, bars and the pubblic transports.

 

The apartment is ideal for those, who want to enjoy their holidays in calmness, but who want to be also near the place where everything is happening. And its also for those, who want to travel by own car, because there is a privat parking possibility.

 

The wonderful big roof-terrace (90sqm)  is a place of oasis and relaxment. Due to its big parasol and to its garden furniture, you can read in the shadow a book or enjoy your meals and relax.
