How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Nice beachfront apartment with panoramic terrace

This modern vacation home in Letojanni is situated directly at the beach. The apartment is kept in bright colours and is furnished wirh lovely details. The apartment is offering you with its quiet area optimal conditions for relax and undisturbed fun in the water and in the sun.

 

This high-quality apartment is located on the ground floor of a small holidays complex with other 7 apartments with almost identical characteristics. The two room apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person and a child in the living room. Also you'll find a kitchenette in the living room and the access to the beautiful terrace.

 

The wonderful panoramic terrace is a highlight of the apartment. From this terrace you have a directly view on the sparkling water. The terrace is furnished with arden furniture and is inviting you to drink in the evening a glass of wine and to admire the beautiful sun set on the sea.

 

This holiday complex was built in 2006 and is 3 km north of the city centre of Letojanni. The distance to Sant Alessio is of about 2 km and to Taormina of about 6 km. The busstop to get to Taormina or Messina is only 200 m away from the accommodation. In the neighbourhood is a nice little Pizzeria.

 

The best way to arrive here is by car. This accommodation has a free parking lot. During the months july and august the zone of Lungomare in Letojanni becomes a pedestrian zone. You can find during these 2 months a little amusementpark for children directly at the beach, so your children can enjoy themselves playing.

 

In the evenings you have the possibility to walk trough the city and take a look at the nice market stands. During the high season (August) the apartment can only be only rented from Saturday to Saturday shorter stays and other days only on demand
