1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This beautiful apartment with a nice view of the sea is located in Taormina in the district Fontana Vecchia.

It is located on the ground floor and can be accessed by taking a sweet alley through the green nature that leads up to the entrance. The flat has three bedrooms: 2 double rooms and a three beds room. Each room has its private bathroom. Moreover there is a living room and an eat-in kitchen with a table and chairs. There is also a furnished terrace that adjoins the apartment’s garden.

This accommodation  allows you to spend your vacation in tranquility, because it is located in a district where only few cars pass by, and thus there won’t be much traffic, not even during high season. The garden will serve as a place of refreshment after hot Sicilian days at the beach.

This location also allows you to spend your holiday free of stress without a car. The main street of Taormina, where you can find all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs, can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes walking. To reach the beach, you only have to walk to the Porta Messina (5-10 minutes) and get on the cableway that connects the center of Taormina with the beaches and the Isola Bella.

Yet if you travel by car you won’ run into problems neither, since the landlord offers you a free parking space near the apartment

Furthermore you have the possibility to use the pool for free which is about 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment and belongs to the property.

Last but not least you also have a free Wi-Fi connection in this holiday apartment

Therefore it is safe to say that you will find here everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
